    An RFI, or Request for Information, is a formal document used by organizations to gather information from potential vendors or suppliers about their products, services, capabilities, and other relevant details. RFIs are typically issued in the early stages of the procurement process to gather insights and understand the market landscape before issuing a formal request for proposals (RFP) or quotes (RFQ).

    To submit an RFI, follow these steps:

    1. Access the RFP Page: Visit the RFP page on our website where the RFI form is located.

    2. Complete the Online RFI Form: Fill out all the required fields in the online RFI form with accurate information.

    3. Submit the RFI Form: Once you have completed all required fields, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the online RFI form.

    4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message on the screen indicating that your RFI submission has been received.
